Megan Fox thinks getting hit on screen is incredible.

The "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" actress loves to be involved in grueling action scenes because the excitement raises her performance to another level.

She said: "Whenever I can be physical it helps me a lot with the actual acting aspect. I prefer it. If I could just be either beating someone up or getting my a*s beaten in every scene I would love it. Sexy!"

Megan is not the only actress who adores getting physical on screen.

"Resident Evil" star Milla Jovovich recently revealed she gets a "thrill" out of shooting risky sequences.

She said: "I get a thrill out of doing dangerous stunts. In 'A Perfect Getaway' I have to steer a kayak close to sharp rocks, miles off the coast of Puerto Rico."

"It's dangerous - there's a very high tide and if my boat tips over I'll go face-first on to the rocks.

"In 'Resident Evil: Extinction' I had to jump off a container, twirl with my knives and come down into the sand. It was one of the most challenging scenes I've ever done."
