Italian Vanity Fair magazine features the lovely Lindsay Lohan on its cover. Despite the recent alcohol abuse scandals, Lindsay has her head up and she's looking dazzling. The fun fact behind this story is that the 25-year-old actress posed for Alan Gelati, the photographer in charge of the pictorial, during her house-arrest period from her home in Venice, Calif. Regarding her time in jail, Lohan had this to say: "Unless you’re a killer, I don’t see a reason to stay there", after spending time up close next to women convicted for different crimes including murder, the star justified her statement by saying that she never hurt anyone but herself with her actions. But on a happier note, Lindsay said that she'll be back in the studio starting with October 2011 and she hopes to spend all of next year on the sets of different movies, looks like we'll be hearing more from Lohan, unless of course, she gets another DUI conviction...
